Ryan Knapp started Northway Commercial Construction with a simple but profound idea. He wanted to bring the precision, expertise, wisdom, and efficiencies that he helped create and execute at a national level for over 25 years to the local Albany market. Having grown up and living his entire life in the Capital Region, Ryan began his construction career in 2009. He has privately served the upstate New York community in several diverse avenues, but continues to drive the ideals taught to him by his father at Knapp Construction some 30 years ago. Honesty, Integrity, and a job well done will always yield a good result.

Heidi Neil began her construction and accounting journey in 1997 while completing her undergraduate degree. Living in the Albany area for most of her life, Heidi earned her MBA in 2005 from SUNY Albany. Her attention to detail and passion for a job well done combined with her compassionate heart have driven her incredible success. Heidi enjoys travel and a robust cheese.

Katie Meeks started in the construction industry in 2000 as a project manager. Born and raised in Colonie, she sees her work at Northway as an avenue to serve businesses in the upstate New York community. As a sales director, account manager, and now Vice-President, Katie remains passionate about contributing to building up the capital district. Katie’s personal preferences include a delightfully crusty bread and a fireside chat with friends by the lake.

Paul Haupt started in sales in 1990. Born and raised in Albany, NY. Paul has been in customer facing positions his entire career. After winning numerous sales awards at Keeler Honda, Paul moved into the construction industry as Sales Manager. Paul's communication skills and personal demeanor are an asset for Northway Commercial Construction. Easy to talk to, Paul will always have your best interest at heart.

Jeff McGrath has lived in the capital district of New York since 2021. Prior to his move to the area, Jeff spent the last 20 years in the construction industry working for various construction companies in Connecticut both hands on and as a project manager. During Jeff's 20 years in the construction industry, he has worked on projects scaling from small repairs to large scale remodels. His attention to detail, transparency and client first mentality strive to provide the white glove service Northway strives for.

Kyle MacDuff has spent his entire life in Upstate New York. After completing his education, he has spent the last 10 years as an account lead and project manager overseeing planning, budgeting, management, and execution of various sized construction projects. His solutions-oriented and relational approach to his projects truly set Kyle apart from most in the field. He is a devoted father of 3 children and a somewhat less devoted Celtics fan.
